SFW takes privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting all personal information.  We only hold information that is necessary to: 

  • fulfil employment contracts, or
  • comply with the law, or
  • fulfil our legitimate business interests.

Our intention is to be open and transparent about what personal information we hold and how and why it is processed.

Personal information is not passed to any third party unless this is necessary to comply with the law or it is required as part of the general management and administration of employment and business.

Personal information is stored securely.  It is only retained for as long as it is required to meet business requirements and contractual or legal obligations.
