We are delighted to announce that The School & Family Works has received a grant of £12,000 from Hammersmith United Charities to support Family Group at Old Oak Primary School.This funding will enable us to continue to deliver three-hour, weekly multi-family therapy sessions, bringing families together in a supportive environment. Family Group creates a safe space where children, parents and carers can strengthen relationships and develop strategies to navigate challenges both at school and at home.We are especially grateful, as Hammersmith United Charities have been a long-time supporter of our work.
