Gavin Winters is currently Headteacher of The Cedars Primary School, Cranford. He was previously head at Victoria Junior School in Feltham.

Gavin has worked as a teacher and leader in Hounslow for 20 years. He has taught in most primary year groups in mainstream schools and was deputy Headteacher at Bedfont Primary School before taking up his first headship. Gavin now works at a school for children with social, emotional and mental health needs based in west London.

Alongside his role as a director for The School and Family Works, Gavin is the special school’s representative for the Hounslow School Forum and the Vulnerable Children Committee of the Hounslow Education Partnership.

Gavin has a keen interest in school sport and was previously chair of the Feltham Primary School Sports Association.
