I am an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist working with children, young people, parents, and the wider network around their child. My approach is relational, compassionate, and carefully tailored to each individual and family.
I specialise in neurodiversity, trauma, and adoption, and draw on creative, attachment-based, and sensory-informed approaches to support emotional regulation, identity development, and connection. Alongside individual therapeutic work, I offer parent support and group programmes to help families feel less alone and more confident in their relationships.
