The School & Family Works is the trading name of Transgenerational Change Limited – an innovative social enterprise, a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
We offer flexible, therapeutic, community based services that enable schools and families to work together to help vulnerable children achieve educational success. The company was formed in 2009 by Mark Griffiths, an experienced educational psychotherapist and we became a registered charity in 2023.
Mark’s current role is Chief Executive. Based in Petersham, Surrey, he reports to the trustees of the charity and is supported by a group of experienced, professionally qualified therapists and a dedicated support team.
